摘要
针对Texaco气化炉的气化过程,建立气化炉几何模型,并利用CFD软件Fluent对三维Texaco气化炉的气化过程进行数值模拟,研究和分析水煤浆浓度64%时气化炉内温度分布、产物分布情况,并发现水煤浆浓度、氧煤比对气化炉出口处合成气的温度以及成分有重要的影响。
The geometric model of gasifier is established for the gasification process in Texaco gasifier.And then, the numerical simulation analysis of gasification process in three-dimensional Texaco gasifier is carried out with the Fluent software. The distribution of temperature and product for the gasifier model with the coal water slurry concentration of 64% is studied and analyzed. And it turns out that coal water slurry concentration and oxygen-coal ratio have great effect on the temperature and composition of outlet syngas of the gasifier.
