摘要
目的探讨Beyond冷光美白联合祛氟剂及微磨除法治疗着色型氟斑牙的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月-2015年3月我院口腔科门诊就诊的着色型氟斑牙患者20例,采取Beyond冷光美白联合祛氟剂及微磨除法进行治疗,由患者对美白效果进行评分,通过评分结果比较疗效。结果通过3个美白疗程患者满意19例,较满意1例;经过微磨除后,患者较满意13例,非常满意7例。结论对着色型氟斑牙,通过3个疗程的Beyond冷光美白联合祛氟剂并微磨除法可以取得良好的临床效果。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Beyond cold light whitening combined with fluoride-removing material and slight dermabrasion in treatment of pigmented dental fluorosis. Methods 20 patients with pigmented dental fluorosis treated in our department from March 2012 to March 2015 were selected and given Beyond cold light whitening combined with fluoride-removing material and slight dermabrasion.The effects of whitening were scored by patients and compared. Results After three courses of whitening,19 patients reported satisfaction to the effect,and 1 patient reported partial satisfaction.After slight dermabrasion,13 patients reported partial satisfaction and 7 patients reported great satisfaction. Conclusion Three courses of Beyond cold light whitening combined with fluoride-removing material and slight dermabrasion can achieve favorable clinical effect in treatment of pigmented dental fluorosis.
