摘要
资本逻辑是经济全球化的内在动力,经济全球化在实质上是资本逻辑在全球演绎和布展的过程。资本固有的剥夺性和霸权性使得以资本逻辑为基础的经济全球化造成了全球范围内的经济不平等和贫富分化,从而诉求全球经济正义的现实出场。全球经济正义作为对全球经济交往活动及其关系的正义检审和价值追问,内在地包含着对全球经济关系的平等价值关切和对全球"万民"生命尊严的自觉守护。全球经济正义的现实可能,有赖于加大援助全球穷人的力度以减少全球贫困,加强"南北对话"和"南南合作"以建立平等的全球经济关系,改革全球经济制度以重建公正的全球经济秩序,约束资本对生态的无度入侵以阻止全球生态恶化。
The logic of capital is the inherent impetus for economic globalization and economic globalization in return is the process of the interpretation and exhibition of the logic.The capital,however,has increased the economic inequality and the gap between poor and rich by its nature of depriveness and arbitration in such process,but the globe economic justice,which reviews justifily and requests the value of transcation and relationship of global economic activities,in contrast is concerning about value euqality and respects the dignityofalllifesintheearth.Inordertoachieveglobal economic justice,global poverty should be relieved by increasing support to the poors,euqal global economic relationship should be established by strenthening South-North Dialect and South-South Coopeartion,globe economic system should be reformed to a just one,and unlimited capital operation should be forbidden to avoid globe ecological deterioration.
