摘要
介绍了护士岗位胜任特征测评工具相关理论、国内外护士岗位胜任特征测评工具的研制及应用现状以及量表的适应人群及优缺点,以期为国内护士岗位胜任特征测评工具的研制提供参考,并提出将护士岗位胜任特征测评工具应用于临床护士岗位分配,以实现护理人力资源的优化及利益最大化。
It introduced the relevant theories of nurse post competency assessment tool,the development and application status quo of nurse post competency assessment tool in at home and abroad and the adaptive population of the scale and itsad vantages and disadvantages,so as to provide the reference for development of nurse post competency assessment tool in China.And it put forward that the nurse post competency assessment tool should be applied in clinical nurse post allocation,in order to realize the optimization of nursing human resources and the maximization of benefits.
