摘要
结合水泥的物理和化学特性,探讨其对液体速凝剂的适应性影响,并通过SEM、XRD等手段进行了机理分析。结果表明:铝酸盐液体速凝剂在C_3A含量较低和标准稠度用水量较低的水泥中适应性较差,需要大幅度提高速凝剂掺量才能满足凝结时间要求。经过硅酸盐改性的液体速凝剂表现出更好的适应性,但是在C_3S、硫酸盐含量较低的水泥中,砂浆早期强度较低。
The adaptability of physical and chemical properties of cement to liquid setting accelerator is studied; and the mechanism of the adaptability is analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and X-ray diffraction( XRD). The study results indicate that: 1) The adaptability of aluminate liquid accelerator is bad to low C_3A-content cement and low water-content cement; and the mixing proportion of aluminate liquid accelerator should be greatly increased so as to meet the requirement of setting time. 2) The liquid setting accelerator conditioned by silicate shows better adaptability,while it will lower the early strength of mortar when it is used in low C_3S-content sulfate content.
