摘要
目的探究综合性护理干预对经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)患者的影响。方法将100例首次行PCI患者分为干预组和对照组,各50例,分别实施综合性护理干预和给予常规专科护理,比较两组临床护理效果。结果干预组护理后HAMA评分和术后并发症发生率(8.0%)低于对照组(26.0%),生活质量评分和护理总满意率(90.0%)高于对照组(76.0%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对PCI患者实施综合性护理干预,有助于改善患者心理状况,减少术后并发症,提高患者生活质量和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing intervention for percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） patients. Methods 100 patients with first PCI patients were divided into intervention group and control group, 50 cases in each, respectively, compared two groups of clinical nursing effect. Results After the intervention group in HAMA score and postoperative complications rate（8.0%） was lower than that of control group（26.0%）, the total score of quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate（90.0%） was higher than that of the control group（76.0%）, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention on PCI patients can reduce postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
