摘要
目的分析彩色多普勒超声心动图在小儿心脏杂音检查中应用价值。方法选取从2012年7月～2015年7月收治的212例0～ 15岁因心脏杂音就诊儿童,采取彩色多普勒超声心动图检查,分析其检查结果。结果 67例2级(31.60%),24例2～3级(11.32%),14例3～4级(6.60%),107例>4级(50.47%)。67例心脏杂音2级患儿中,54例正常(80.60%);107例心脏杂音>4级患儿中,76例室间隔缺损(71.03%)。结论彩色多普勒超声心动图可以作为小儿心脏杂音早期检查首选方法。
Objective To analyze the application of the color doppler echocardiography in pediatric heart murmur. Methods From July 2012 to July 2015, 212 cases of 0 to 15 years old were treated with color doppler echocardiography, to analyze the test results. Results 67 cases of grade 2（31.60%）, 24 cases of grade 2～3（11.32%）, 14 cases of grade 3～4（6.60%）, 107 cases（50.47%） grade 4. The 67 cases of children with heart murmurs grade 2, 54 cases of normal children（80.60%）; 107 cases of children with heart murmurs 4, 76 cases of ventricular septal defect（71.03%）. Conclusion Color doppler echocardiography can be used as a pediatric heart murmur to check the preferred method.
