摘要
综述了采用分级方法对聚丙烯抗冲共聚物组成进行分析的研究进展。基于结晶能力的分级方法只对可结晶组分有分级效果。其中,升温淋洗分级法分级机理简单,可用于试样的分析和制备,但耗时较长;结晶分级法仅需结晶步骤,所需实验时间短;结晶淋洗分级法利用动态结晶原理,所需实验时间更短,分级效果更好。基于相互作用的分级方法不受组分结晶性的限制,应用范围更广。其中,溶剂梯度相互作用色谱法对多种试样有较好的分级效果,但需要使用多种溶剂;温度梯度相互作用色谱法使用单一溶剂,可以与多种检测器联用,进而获得更加丰富的实验数据;交叉分级法将各种分级方法与体积排除色谱法相结合,能够获得更加全面的信息。
This paper provides an overview of the progress of composition analysis for the impact polypropylene copolymer by means of fractionation methods. The crystallization-based method is merely effective to crystallizing components. Among which temperature rising elution fractionation is used for analysis and preparation of the sample out of its simple mechanism,crystallization fractionation,on the other hand, needs less time thanks to its sole crystallizing procedure and crystallization elution fractionation lasts shortest time and best performance by means of dynamic crystallization. Solvent gradient interaction chromatography and temperature gradient interaction chromatography are interaction-based,which aren't limited by crystallization of components and have been widely used in recent years. In which the former is suitable for various samples while it needs more solvents for testing; the latter one can be applied with single solvent to obtain more abundant data by combining different testing apparatuses. The cross-fractionation is the integration of different fractionation methods and size exclusion chromatography, by which a more intensive analysis can be realized.
