摘要
维生素C是一种人体必需的维生素,主要来源于食品和药品,因此,对食品和药品中维生素C含量测定尤为重要。本文介绍了测定维生素C含量的现行标准方法——滴定法和文献报道的电化学法、光谱法和色谱法等方法,综述了其中化学分析法的反应原理、仪器分析方法的条件和"化学反应-仪器联合分析法"的操作过程。对比分析了各种方法的优缺点,为提升维生素C检测标准供参考。
Vitamin C is a kind of essential vitamins,which mainly comes from the food and medicine.It is very important to determin the content of vitamin C in food and drug.In this paper,the current standard methods for vitamin C content determinination were introduced, including the titration method, electrochemical,as well as spectroscopic and chromatographic methods reported in literatures.Reaction principles of chemical analysis methods,conditions of instrumental analysis methods and the operating procedures of "Chemistry reaction- Instrument conjoint analysis methods" were reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of each method were also compared and analyzed,which could serve as a reference for upgrading standard of vitamin C content determination.
