摘要
目的建立I型糖尿病性骨质疏松大鼠模型,通过骨形态计量学观察该模型的改变。方法选取3月龄雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为正常对照组(30只)和造模组(30只),造模组腹腔注射STZ60 mg/kg,诱导建立I型糖尿病性骨质疏松大鼠模型。结果从血糖、体重、骨密度、骨组织形态计量学证实该方法可以成功制备1型糖尿病性大鼠模型。结论该方法制备的I型糖尿病性骨质疏松大鼠模型,成模率高,模型稳定。
Objective To establish type 1 diabetic osteoporosis rat model,and to observe the change of the model using bone histomorphometry. Methods Sixty 3-month-old male Sprague-Dawley( SD) rats were randomly divided into normal control group( 30 rats) and diabetic model group( 30 rats). Rats in the model group received intraperitoneal STZ injection( 60 mg /kg) to establish type 1 diabetic osteoporosis rat model. Results The success of type 1 diabetic osteoporosis rat model was confirmed by determination of blood glucose,body weight,bone mineral density,and bone tissue morphology. Conclusion This method to develop type 1 diabetic osteoporosis rat model is efficient and stable.
