摘要
P.T.1185号《军需调拨文书》时间在9世纪前期吐蕃占领河陇地区之时,文书出现的论悉达古(■)应为吐蕃东道节度使衙署中的官员或安抚论(■德论)。吐蕃统治下河陇、吐谷浑王国地区军用物资的征集和作战阵亡者的抚恤费用发放都由东道节度使衙署官员和安抚论德论(■)等共同负责。吐蕃统治下吐谷浑王国的军政事务除了由吐谷浑小王(■)管理外,同样受到吐蕃吐蕃东道节度使、安抚论(■)等的直接管理,吐蕃统治下河陇等地的党项部族则多被编入吐蕃、孙波、通颊部落。
The manuscript of P. T. 1185 which was about the moving of military supplies was in early stage of 9th century,the blon sta gu in the manuscript should be the officer who was subordinate of Dong dao jie du shi or bde blon. In Tibetan empire＇s He long area and Tu Yuhun Kingdom,Dong dao jie du shi and bde blon were responsible for requisition of military goods and distribution of the fee about the men fallen in battle. The Tu Yuhun King,Dong dao jie du shi and bde blon administered the Tu yu hun kingdom together,the Dang xiang people in Tibetan empire＇s He long area and so on were arranged in Tibet,Sum pa and m Tong khyab tribes.
