摘要
目的:观察肛裂患者术后采用系统化护理措施治疗便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年8月至2015年8月于我院诊治的肛裂术后患者220例,随机分为系统化护理组与常规护理组,每组110例。常规护理组患者采用常规护理措施,系统化护理组在常规护理组基础上采用系统化护理措施。比较两组患者术后便秘情况、排便分级情况、术后并发症及护理满意度。结果:与常规护理组相比,系统化护理组患者术后3天内有大便、用力排便、大便密结干硬、排便不尽感发生率较低(P<0.01)。与常规护理组相比,系统化护理组患者术后3天、5天排便分级0级率较高、2级率较低(P<0.05)。与常规护理组相比,系统化护理组患者术后切口裂开、切口感染发生率较低,住院天数较短,护理满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论:肛裂患者术后采用系统化护理措施可改善便秘情况,降低术后并发症及提高护理满意度。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of systematic nursing measures in treating constipation of patients with anal fissure after operation.Methods：A total of 220 patients with anal fissure after operation in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were randomly divided into systematic nursing group and routine nursing group,110 patients for each group.Patients in the routine nursing group were cared by routine nursing measures while patients in the systematic nursing group were cared by systematic nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing group.Postoperative constipation,defecation grading,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results：Compared to routine nursing group,patients in the systematic nursing group had lower rate of the first defecation,forced defecation,dry stool and hard,defecation incompletely within 3 days（P〈0.05）.Compared to routine nursing group,patients in the systematic nursing group had higher rate of grade 0 of defecation,lower rate of grade 2 of defecation in 3,5 days after operation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Systematic nursing measures can improve constipation of patients with anal fissure after operation and reduce postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
