摘要
目的探讨益气养阴方辅治早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 2014年11月—2015年7月诊治的早期糖尿病肾病患者中抽取89例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字法分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=45),对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组则以对照组治疗为基础,同时应用益气养阴方予以辅助治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前后的24h尿蛋白量变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.73%,治疗后的24 h尿蛋白量是(0.61±0.22)g;对照组治疗总有效率为86.67%,治疗后的24 h尿蛋白量是(1.15±0.44)g;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴方辅治早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效显著,可显著降低患者24 h尿蛋白量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin recipe in the adjuvant treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 89 cases of diabetic nephropathy in the hospital from November 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group（ n =44） and control group（ n =45）. The control group received routine Western medicine treatment. The observation group used Yiqi Yangyin recipe on the basis of the control group. The 24 h urinary pro-tein changes in patients before and after treatment and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%, the 24 h urine protein content of the observation group was（0.61 ± 0.22） g,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%, the 24 h urine protein content of the control group was（1.15 ± 0.44） g, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Yiqi Yangyin recipe in the adjuvant treatment of early dia-betic nephropathy had clinical curative effect, and can significantly reduce the amount of 24 h urinary protein.
