摘要
金属材料的自腐蚀电位可表示其失去电子的相对难易程度,因此常用来判断不同材料在相同电解质体系下的腐蚀倾向。由于阴阳极强极化会对金属电极表面状态和腐蚀体系的传质过程造成影响,因此通过动电位极化曲线来判断自腐蚀电位的方法是不可取的。采用在开路电位附近窄电位区间范围内线性极化的方法可以较为准确地测得金属材料的自腐蚀电位。
Free corrosion potential indicates the relative difficulty of electron-loss process of metals. Thus it's often used to compare the corrosion resistance of different metallic materials in the same electrolyte system. However,the strong anodic and cathodal polarizations have great effects both on the surface states of metal electrodes and the mass transportation process in corrosive media.Therefore,it's not suitable to estimate the free corrosion potential of metals by means of traditional dynamic polarization curves. The free corrosion potential of metals could be measured by linear polarization in a narrow potential range close to the open-circuit potential.
