轧制对汽车用钛合金组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了轧制后的钛合金,分析了轧制对钛合金的物相、微观组织、洛氏硬度和拉伸强度的影响。结果表明,轧制后的钛合金出现了六方马氏体α'相和β相。且轧制后试样出现了典型的加工态组织,纵向有明显的轧制流线。轧制后钛合金的洛氏硬度没有明显的变化,均维持在420 HRC左右。拉伸强度提高到1150~1250 MPa。 The Ti alloy after rolling was studied. The effects of rolling on the phase, microstructure, Rockwell hardness and tensile strength were analyzed. The results show that titanium alloy after rolling produces the hexagonal martensitic α′ phase and β phase. And the samples after rolling are the typical processing state microstructures, which have obviously rolling line in longitudinal direction. The Rockwell hardness of the titanium alloy after rolling has no obvious change,which is maintained at about 420 HRC. The tensile strength improves to 1150-1250 MPa.
