摘要
在离心铸造座圈高钒高速钢中添加0.85wt%的钒铁孕育剂进行改性试验,并分析了钒铁孕育改性对其显微组织、耐腐蚀性能和不同温度下的力学性能的影响。结果表明,0.85wt%钒铁孕育改性可使离心铸造气门座圈高钒高速钢的碳化物由网状变为弥散分布的粒状,其力学性能和耐腐蚀性能得到明显改善。
0.85% Vanadium iron was added in modified test of centrifugal casting of high vanadium high speed steel for valve seat, and the effects of vanadium iron inoculation on the microstructure, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties at different temperatures were analyzed. The results show that, the carbide distribution of centrifugal casting high speed steel modified by mass fraction of 0.85% vanadium and iron can change from a mesh form into a granular dispersed form, and after modification, its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance can be significantly improved.
