摘要
谷子的茎秆性状和穗部性状与谷子产量有着密切关系,但对生育期与这些性状的关系缺乏研究。本文基于中国作物种质资源网数据库中谷子资源生育期及主要性状信息,统计740份谷子资源的茎秆和穗部的主要性状指标。利用单因素方差分析,发现主茎长度、主茎直径、单株穗重、单株粒重等性状指标随着生育期的增加而增加,千粒重随着生育期的增加呈现出正态分布,生育期较短的资源在穗部性状上多表现为短刺毛和紧穗的特征。这些结果可为谷子资源的充分利用和相关研究提供依据。
The yield of foxtail millet is closely related to the traits of stem and panicle,but there is a lack of research on the relationship between growth period and those traits mentioned above.Based on the database of foxtail millet in Chinese Crop Germplasm Resources Information System and the information of main traits,the main character indexes of stem and panicle trait from 740 foxtail millet accessions were statistically analyzed by single factor ANOVA.The results showed that the related indexes including main stem length,main stem diameter,panicle weight per plant and grain weight per plant increased with the increase of growth period.Thousand seed weight showed normal distribution with the increase of growth period.The foxtail millet accessions with shorter growth period were more likely to have short bristle and compact panicle type.These results could provide theoretical foundation for the utilization of foxtail millet resources and related research.
