摘要
Zr B2基超高温陶瓷具有硬度高、熔点高、导热性能好以及良好的抗热震性能等优点而广泛应用于飞行器、高超声速导弹、火箭的热端结构部件。超高温陶瓷的服役环境对其抗氧化性有较高的要求。文章就Zr B2基超高温陶瓷的氧化机理、测试方法以及抗氧化性能的研究进展等方面进行了综述。
ZrB_2 based ultra high temperature ceramics are widely used,because they have many excellent properties,such as high hardness,high melting point,good thermal conductivity and good thermal shock resistance.ZrB_2-based ultra high temperature ceramics can be used for hot-section components in aircraft,hypersonic missiles or rockets.There are some higher requirements for their antioxidant activity.This paper has reviewed the oxidation mechanism of ZrB_2-based ultra high temperature ceramics,the test method and the research progress of the oxidation resistance and so on.
