摘要
军事装备在使用时,一旦失效将造成灾难性后果,因此在投入使用前,要进行测试。如何根据测试的失效数据评估军事装备的可靠性具有重要的意义。本文构造了基于极值分布的军事装备可靠性评估模型,引入了极值分布拟合检验的方法及参数估计方法,并得到了可靠性评估所需的各项可靠性指标,最后通过某军事装备的实例进行了分析。
The failure of the military equipment in operation will lead to tremendous disaster. How to evaluate the reliability of the military equipment in terms of the failure data in test is significant. This paper builds the reliability evaluation model of the military equipment based on the extreme value distribution and introduces the correlation coefficient test method and parameter estimation method. Also, several reliability standards on reliability evaluation are obtained. Finally, a real-world example for some military equipment is analyzed.
