摘要
介绍某波纹挡边带式输送机的布置形式,对其钢结构廊道进行了结构设计,并应用Ansys软件对桁架和立柱进行有限元分析,最后确定了结构的尺寸和型材规格,为便于钢结构廊道和胶带的安装,还对廊道的制造、安装施工进行了说明,为类似钢结构工程的设计和安装提供了必要的参考。
The paper introduces the layout form of a corrugated baffle belt conveyer,designs the structure of its steel structural corridor,performs finite element analysis on the truss and column in Ansys,and determines the size and section specifications of the structure.To facilitate the installation of the steel stmcture corridor and rubber belt,the paper introduces the manufacture and installation construction of corridor,guiding the design and installation of similar steel work.
