摘要
随着铁路运输的高速发展,传统的养护维修管理已经无法提供有效支持,亟需探索新的管理方式。本文将单元管理方法运用到工务管理信息系统中,根据相关性分析对铁路线路进行大单元划分,接着运用回归拟合对划分后单元钢轨的轨道状态TQI值变化趋势进行回归拟合预测,结合维修计划库制定维修计划。
Due to the increasing development of the railway transportation, there is a urgent need for the maintenance innovation, giveing the fact that the traditional maintenance cannot provide efficient support. This article applied the theory of unit management to the information system of the maintenance management. Correlation analysis was conducted to divide the general unit. In order to predict the variation tendency of TQI, a regression fitting was applied to the divided units. Finally, based on the maintenance plan, a preventive plan was made out to form closed-loop management.
