摘要
小额跨境电子商务是在近年外贸严峻形势下脱颖而出发展起来的新兴经济模式。以义乌为例,对小额跨境电子商务发展现状及创新举措进行阐述,建议科学规划跨境物流,施行物流行业的标准化、规范化作业;建立健全信用体系,强化建设内涵,突出优化重点;建立健全纳税政策,加强税收机制的信息化建设。
As an emerging economic model of development under the severe Chinese foreign trade situation,small cross- border e-commerce boots up in China＇s market economy. With its market- oriented innovation mechanisms and core business profit model,our cross- border e- commerce sets off a wave of electricity supplier model innovation. Yiwu innovation mode will lead China＇s market economy as an unprecedented gesture toward the network,terminal,humane direction and the rapid development of small cross- border e- commerce will lead the transformation of China＇s small volume of foreign trade to＂World Shops＂. This paper reviews the theory of cross- border e- commerce,then Yiwu small cross- border e- commerce development status,problems and innovative initiatives are described,and it finally puts forward some countermeasures.
