摘要
文章阐述了浙派中医中几位有代表性的医家对中风的病因病机的见解及治疗思路。病因病机上分别从痰、从虚论治中风,区分真中风与类中风,提出'中风非风说';治疗上可采用顺气活血、补虚为本、脾肾同治的治法,并谨慎攻痰。对临床治疗中风有一定的指导作用。
This article expounds the thoughts of several representative doctors among Zhejiang TCM towards etiology pathogenesis and treatment of apoplexy which guide the treatment of apoplexy in a way.In etiology and pathogenesis,they expound the treatment of apoplexy from phlegm and deficiency respectively,distinguish between apoplexy and quasi apoplexy,advance the theory that apoplexy is not wind;in treatment,they expound the therapeutic principle of regulating qi-flowing and promoting blood circulation,restoring deficiency,treating apoplexy in aspects of spleen and kidney,and remove phlegm prudently.
