摘要
目前,脉搏波的量化研究过度关注实测脉搏压力波的脉图特征分析。按照波传播分析,脉搏波特性由反映生命体整体的脉搏波系统本构方程决定,单点脉搏压力波脉图信息不足以全面反映中医脉诊的整体信息。脉图降支上出现的峰和峡,属于波的弥散和耗散所引起的、叠加在主波上的次级震荡,并不反映脉搏波的本质特性。为满足"能量最低原理",健康人的理想脉搏波应在血管分叉处畅通无阻而无反射波,相当于中医的阴阳平衡、气血和谐状态。
In recent, studies on the objectification of pulse wave, too much attention was focused on the pulse diagram characteristics of the measured pressure pulse wave. According to the wave propagation analysis, it was pointed out that the pulse wave characteristics actually depended on the constitutive equation of the pulse wave system reflecting the holism concept of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), and the pulse diagram information of a single pulse pressure wave was not enough to fully reflect the whole information of TCM pulse-taking. In addition, peaks and valleys appeared on the descending branch of a pulse diagram were just the dispersion-dissipation caused secondary oscillation superimposed on the main wave, which did not reflect the essential characteristic of pulse wave. In order to meet the principle of ‘minimum energy', an ideal pulse wave of a healthy person should be propagated through a vascular branch without any hindrance so that no reflected wave would appear, which might be equivalent to the state of the balance of yin-yang as well as the harmony of qi and blood in TCM.
