不同产地及蟾蜍品种来源蟾酥华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基测定与比较 被引量:10

Determination and comparison of Cinobufagin and Resibufogenin in toad venom from different producing areas and species

摘要 目的:考察新的药源产地和动物品种对蟾酥质量的影响。方法:HPLC检测产自江苏、安徽、河南、内蒙、吉林的中华大蟾蜍,产自黑龙江、吉林的花背蟾蜍,产自四川的华西蟾蜍之蟾酥华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基含量。结果:从蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基总量来看,来自于中华大蟾蜍(7%-12%)和花背蟾蜍(7%-8%)样本两种成分总含量绝大多数都达到的《中华人民共和国药典》标准(6%),华西蟾蜍含量较低(2%-4%);总含量以江苏最高(11%-12%),其他地区次之(7%-9%);此外花背蟾蜍脂蟾毒配基与华蟾酥毒基比例明显高于中华大蟾蜍,而华西蟾蜍则相反。结论:在蟾酥采集中需考虑华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基含量的差别,以保证药物的质量和临床疗效。 Objective:To inspect the effects of new sources of producing areas and animals on the quality of toad venom(Chansu).Methods:HPLC were used to determine the amount of Cinobufagin and Resibufogenin in toad venom of Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor from provinces of Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan, Neimeng and Jilin, Bufo raddei Strauch from Heilongjiang and Jilin, Bufo gargarizans andrewsi Schmidt from Sichuan.Results:The total amount of Cinobufagin and Resibufogenin in most samples of Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor(7%-12%) and Bufo raddei Strauch(7%-8%) reached the 6% standard according to the P.R.C.Pharmacopoeia, but those of Bufo gargarizans andrewsi Schmidt were not(2%-4%).The samples of Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor from Jiangsu contained the highest amount(11%-12%), compared with those from other provinces(7%-9%).The proportion of Cinobufagin to Resibufogenin in Bufo raddei Strauch was much higher than that in Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor, but it is opposite in Bufo gargarizans andrewsi Schmidt.Conclusion:Results show that the factors of producing areas and animal sources should be considered when collecting toad venom to ensure the quality and clinical effectiveness.
