摘要
为提高少儿花样滑冰运动技术与艺术水平,基于国家花样滑冰等级测试内容要求,研究花样滑冰技术和艺术类项对位融合训练方法的理论和模式规律,为训练理念定位指导教学训练、花样滑冰基础技术与艺术融合训练探索新路。以黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市花样滑冰队20名7~13岁的花样滑冰小选手为研究对象,通过技术与艺术相互迁移融合形成的生理学特征,与实现技术与艺术融合的训练周期、逻辑结构理论,分析模型各要素相互影响制约关系。研究7~13岁选手在练习国家花样滑冰等级测试1~6级内容与相关艺术类项'对位融合训练'的模式,提出了花样滑冰训练在少儿阶段技术与艺术融合迁移训练的理论模型构架,解读了模型中基本要素概念与关系以及训练模式等。
In order to improve the technical and artistic level of children’s figure skating,based on the requirements of the national figure skating level test content,the theory and pattern law of the pattern skating technique and the art class matching training method are studied,and the training concept is guided to guide the teaching and training.The new road of figure skating basic technology and art integration training.Taking 20 figure skating players from Qiqihar City figure skating team in Qiqihar City of Heilongjiang Province as the research object,the physiological characteristics formed by the mutual migration of technology and art and the training cycle and logical structure theory of technology and art fusion,analysis model Each element interacts with each other to restrict the relationship.The 7~13 year old players are practicing the pattern of the national figure skating level test level 1 to 6 and related art items'matching fusion training',and put forward the technique and art of figure skating training in children’s stage.Integrating the theoretical model framework of migration training,interpreting the concepts and relationships of basic elements in the model,as well as training patterns.
