改良式经电切镜外鞘气压弹道碎石术治疗老年膀胱结石的临床效果被引量：11

摘要目的观察老年膀胱结石患者采用改良式经电切镜外鞘气压弹道碎石术的临床疗效。方法老年膀胱结石患者依据治疗方法的不同分为观察组46例(电切镜外鞘辅助肾镜下弹道碎石取石)及对照组42例(肾镜下弹道碎石取石)。结果观察组手术时间、术后止痛药使用剂量显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。术后3 d,观察组外周血肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组术后3 d外周血TNF-α(r=-0.796,P<0.001)及CRP(r=-0.770,P<0.001)水平均与手术时间呈现显著负相关。结论电切镜外鞘辅助肾镜下弹道碎石取石在治疗老年男性膀胱结石中具有降低手术时间及术后应激的辅助效果。
