摘要
生态文明建设和长江经济带建设对长江水资源保护提出了更高的要求,也提供了良好的发展机遇。保护长江水资源,改善长江生态环境,协调好保护与发展的关系,助推长江生态文明建设,关乎长江流域经济社会可持续发展大局。在分析长江水资源保护现状的基础上,梳理了长江水资源保护面临的新挑战和新机遇,探讨了新形势下水资源保护工作的定位,提出了新形势下长江水资源保护的思路和举措。
The construction of ecological civilization and the Yangtze River economic belt has set higher requirements for the protection of Yangtze River water resources,which offers better opportunities as well. The protection of Yangtze River water resources,the improvement of the ecological environment,and the coordinated relationship between protection and development can boost the ecological civilization construction,which is concerned with the economic and social sustainable development of Yangtze River basin. Based on the analysis of the present situation of water resources protection of Yangtze River,the new challenges and opportunities are demonstrated. The orientation of the water resources protection work under new situation is discussed,and some measures and suggestions to improve the protection of Yangtze River water resources are put forward.
