摘要
阐述了橡胶粉改性沥青、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青及橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青的改性机理,讨论了改性沥青的评价测试方法,认为软化点、针入度和延度是沥青的三大基本指标,相对于基质沥青的薄膜烘箱实验(TFOT),旋转薄膜烘箱实验(RTTFOT)更适合评价改性沥青的老化性能。详细介绍了橡胶粉改性沥青、SBS改性沥青及橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青的国内外研究现状,最后对橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青的应用前景进行了总结。
The mechanism of rubber powder modified asphalt,SBS modified asphalt and rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt were deeply described.The evaluation and test method of modified asphalt were discussed.That the softening point,needle penetration and ductility are three fundamental indexes of asphalt.Compared with the thin film oven test matrix asphalt(TFOT),rotating thin film oven test(RTTFOT)is more suitable to evaluate the aging performance of modified asphalt.The research progress of rubber powder modified asphalt,SBS modified asphalt and rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt were introduced in this paper,Finally,the application prospects of the rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt were summarized.
