摘要
介绍了纤维增强塑料作为桥梁加固材料的优势。同时以碳纤维增强塑料为例,对其力学性能进行研究。由结果可知,纤维增强塑料作为加固材料可有效提高桥梁整体极限承载力和开裂荷载,其中加入一层和两层纤维增强塑料对于桥梁极限承载力分别提高25%和75%;加入一层和两层纤维增强塑料对于桥梁开裂荷载分别提高10.7%和25%。对纤维增强塑料加固方法进行介绍,并实例说明利用纤维增强塑料对桥梁进行加固确实能达到控制其弯矩和挠度进一步恶化的目的。
This paper introduced the advantages of fiber reinforced plastics as the bridge reinforcementmaterial, using carbon fiber reinforced plastic as an example for analyzing the mechanical properties. Theresults suggest that the fiber reinforced plastics as the reinforcing material can effectively improve the overalllimit of the bridge bearing capacity and cracking load. The ultimate bearing capacity can be improved by 25%and 75% when using a layer and two layers of fiber reinforced plastics, respectively. The cracking load canbe improved by 10. 7% and 25% when using a layer and two layers of fiber reinforced plastics, respectively.The reinforcement methods of fiber reinforced plastics were also introduced. The real example suggests thatthe use of fiber reinforced plastic reinforcement can really achieve the purpose of controling furtherdeterioration of the bending moment and deflection.
