摘要
本文报道了60例脑卒中患者的血细胞流变学测定结果。脑卒中后总白细胞和淋巴细胞的滤过堵塞(CP)显著高于对照组(P<0.01),多核细胞的流变学改变尚不肯定。白细胞流变学改变和血脂,血小板聚集及临床病情的发展有关。
In this study, the changes of hemo-rrhelogy were observed in 60 patients with stroke and 37 health individuals (control group). It was shown that the filterabilities of leukocytes and lymphocytes in the patients with stroke were decreased obviously. Compared with the control, there is a significant difference (P<0.01). There was uncertainly change of the polymorphonuclear cell property in rheology. It was suggested that the Theological change of leukocytes was closely associated with levels of serum lipid, platelet aggregation and the evolution of the diseases.
