Discussion on mental health status and emotion management of clinical laboratory staff

摘要 目的评估医院检验科工作人员的心理健康情况。方法采用症状自评量表(self-reporting inventor-90,SCL-90)、艾森克人格问卷(Eysenck personality questionnaire,EPQ)对北京军区总医院检验科的工作人员进行评估,对症状突出的人员进行干预、沟通以及情绪疏导。结果所有研究对象发生强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑的比例分别为20.37%、16.67%、16.67%、18.52%,情绪不稳定达到了18.52%。SCL-90工龄分层阳性结果显示,工龄≤10年的阳性率为24.07%,>30年的阳性率仅为7.41%。职称高低与躯体化、强迫、抑郁因素正相关,相关系数分别为0.320、0.285、0.295,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论检验科工作人员的心理健康情况值得关注,建立有效的沟通机制并开展培训,有利于不良情绪的缓解。 ObjectiveTo evaluate the mental health of clinical laboratory staff in hospital.MethodThe psychological tests of the self-reporting inventor-90(SCL-90) and Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ) were carried out in the laboratory staff and the scores were scored according to the scoring criteria.ResultThe proportion of the force, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety were 20.37%, 16.67%,16.67%,18.52%,respectively.Eysenck tests show that the unstability can be accounted for 18.52%. 10 years of work experience, positive rate was 24.07%, 30 years of work experience, the positive rate was only 7.41%. This shows that the laboratory staff just to work, the response capacity is not enough, causing the pressure is too large,and there is pressure to promote. And the professional title is positively related to the physical,compulsive and depressive factors, the correlation coefficients are 0.320,0.285,0.295,and the difference is statistically significant.ConclusionThe mental health of the laboratory staff is worth to pay attention and the establishment of an effective communication mechanism can make the staff a sense of belonging and help to improve the cohesion of the department.
