The Leaking Stoppage Technique of Micro-infiltrated Layers in Salt-cavern Gas Storage Wells

摘要 盐穴储气库井作为天然气储气井,有着较高的气密封要求。天然气的漏失除了带来财产的损失外,更重要的是存在很大的安全隐患,漏失到地层中的气体,若通过某种途径泄漏到地面,可能引发重大事故。本文简要介绍了金坛区块部分已实施井的气密封测试情况,对部分漏失井的漏失原因进行了简要的分析,并结合目前国内钻井堵漏技术,探索针对该区微渗层进行堵漏的方法,并在一口井成功进行了封堵试验,对于今后碰到类似井,类似地层的堵漏处理上,有一定的借鉴意义。 As natural gas storage wells, the salt-cavern gas storage wells have high requirements in hermetic sealing. The leakage of natural gas not only brings the loss of property, but also brings huge potential safety risks. If the gas leaks to the stratum and then leaks to the ground through some methods, it may trigger some major accidents. This paper briefly introduces the hermetic sealing testing situation in some parts of wells in Jintan District, and briefly analyzes the leaky reasons of some leaky wells. It combines the technique of current well drilling leaking stoppage, and explores the methods of leaking stoppage of micro-infiltrated layers in this district. Moreover, the leaking stoppage experiment on one well has been successfully operated. It will be regarded as a reference when there are some similar wells and leaking stoppage treatments on similar layers in the future.
