摘要
医养结合是我国当前老龄化背景下一种将养老与医疗有机结合的新型养老模式,该模式能够实现老年人生活照料与医疗服务的无缝对接,提高社会养老服务质量和老年人健康水平。通过典型案例分析,发现我国三类医养结合模式存在政府多重管理、医护人员素质不高、服务覆盖人群结构性失衡、医保报销无统一规范等问题。从政府、社会和养老机构3个层面提出建议,为完善医养结合,提高养老服务水平提供思路。
The mode Integrating Medical care and pension service is a new form which can provide care and medical service seamlessly for the elderly, improve the quality of social pension service and health level of the elderly in the current background of aging in China. This study analyzes the problems of the three main mode Integrating Medical care and pension service such as multiple government administration, low competency level of the service personnel, structural imbalance in the coverage crowd, non-standardized medicare reimbursement. To perfect the new mode and improve the level of service for the elderly, the government, social organizations and pension institutions should work together.
