摘要 随着水文信息化进程加快,水文遥测系统在自动测报、防汛防旱、水资源调度等方面得到广泛应用并发挥重要作用。近年来,不少单位在水文遥测系统运行管理方面开展一些有特色的尝试与创新,以常州水文局为例,从不同视角重点列举"遥测与互联网结合、测站维护动态监管、分级分片应急维修"等一些特色做法,并指出日常运行管理中存在重视程度不够、维护任务偏重、部分系统建设水平有待提高等问题,得出遥测维护人员直接参与系统建设的重要性,以及系统维护向集中化、专业化发展的趋势结论。 Abstact:With the acceleration of the process of hydrologic informatization, the automatic measurement and report, flood and drought control, water resources scheduling of the hydrological telemetry system are widely used and play an important role. In recent years, many units carry out some distinctive attempt and innovation in hydrological telemetry system operation management. Taking Changzhou Hydrology and Water Resources Exploratory Survey Office as an example, from different point of view, it focuses on"telemetry combined with the internet, dynamic monitoring station maintenance, grading fragment emergency repair"and some other characteristic practices, and points out problems:attention is not enough in daily operation management, the maintenance task is heavy, and the construction level of some systems is necessary to be improved and so on. It draws the conclusions:it’s important to arrange maintenance personnel directly to take part in the system construction, and the development of centralization and specialization is the trend of system maintenance.
