水中阴离子表面活性剂自动测量方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 在GB7494—87基础上,将流动注射分析法与分光光度法相结合,利用蠕动泵及聚四氟乙烯管路进行萃取、反应和测量,将手动分析方法变成全自动的分析方法.研究表明,该方法测量阴离子表面活性剂的质量浓度范围为0~2.0mg·L^(-1),最低质量浓度检出限达0.01 mg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差小于3.11%,加标回收率在85%~95%之间,均符合标准方法的要求.新的测量方法既保留了流动注射法快速、便捷、准确度高、稳定性好、环保等优点,同时又克服了流动注射法拖峰、管路复杂、易受气泡干扰等缺点. On the basis of the national standard of GB 7494-87,an automatic method was proposed, which combined the flow injection and the spectrophotometry and finished the extracting and measurement of the anionic surfactant in the water by peristaltic pump and PTEF. The results showed that the automatic detection method had the concentration range of 0-2.0 mg .L-1 , with the detection limit of 0.01 mg .L-1, the relative standard deviation of less than 3.11%, and the recovery rate between 85% and 95%, which were consistent with the requirements of the national standard. This method not only has the same advantages as the flow injection method, such as rapid determination, convenient operation,high accuracy, good stability, good environmental protection, etc., but also can overcome the shortcomings of flow injection method, such as law drag peak, pipeline complex, easy interference by the bubbles, and so on.
