氟硼酸钡制备及性能研究

摘要 在BaO-B_2O_3-BaF_2体系中合成出了一种新的硼酸盐化合物Ba_7(BO_3)_3F_5。用高温溶液法获得了该化合物的晶粒,并解析其单晶结构;Ba_7(BO_3)_3F_5晶体属六方晶系,空间群为P63mc,晶胞参数:a=1.11562(15)nm,c=0.72415(14)nm,Z=2,V=0.7805(2)nm^3。红外光谱表明晶体结构中BO3基团的存在;UV-Vis-NIR漫反射光谱说明Ba_7(BO_3)_3F_5化合物在深紫外区190 nm左右才表现为全吸收。 Ba_7(BO_3)_3F_5,was generated from the BaO-B_2O_3-BaF_2 system. Crystal of Ba_7(BO_3)_3F_5was obtained by the high temperature solution method. Ba_7(BO_3)_3F_5crystallizes in the space group P63 mc,with a = 1. 11562( 15) nm,c = 0. 72415( 14) nm,Z = 2,V = 0. 7805( 2) nm-3. The measurement of the infrared spectrum indicates that the basic anionic groups are the BO3. The UV-Vis-NIR spectrum show that the cutoff wavelength of Ba_7(BO_3)_3F_5in the ultraviolet region is about 190 nm.
