摘要
医院实行预约就诊时,面临着因患者失约而造成资源浪费的问题。综述了国内外学者对患者失约行为及其应对决策的研究。首先,针对患者失约行为,论述了其产生的原因及相关因素,指出可以采用预测模型和概率模型对其进行建模。然后,针对失约行为的应对决策,详细介绍了超额预定策略和即时预约策略的研究成果。最后,对该领域进行了总结并提出了几个亟待开展的研究方向。
Hospitals are faced with the waste of resources caused by patients missed appointments. This study summarizes and generalizes the researches about missed appointments＇ behavior and policy decisions in health system developed by domestic and foreign scholars. Primarily,the authors discuss the causes and related factors about missed appointments, using prediction model and probabilistic model to analyze it, then detail the overbooking strategy and open-access policy. Finally, they summarize and propose several potential research directions in the future.
