摘要
文章介绍了柔性复合塑料高压输送管的组成结构、基本用途以及制造工艺流程等。根据石油行业标准SY/T6662.2-2012和产品生产工艺卡,分析了该型复合管在监造过程中应把握的质量控制点。针对该产品在监造过程中所出现的质量问题,提出了相应的整改措施。
The structure, the basic usage and the manufacturing process of flexible composite plastic pipe for high pressure transmission are introduced in this paper. According to the oil industry standard SY/T6662.2-2012 and the production process card, the paper analyzes the quality controlling points of the pipe in the process of supervision and gives countermeasures for . the quality problems in supervision. The measures can be referred to improve the manufacturing quality of the composite pipe and enhance the supervision work.
