摘要
道德哲学需要注重形上和形下之间的互动、理论和历史的互动,同时,也离不开新概念的生成,在这些方面,樊浩教授的工作体现了自身的特点。从历史的层面看,在关注康德哲学的同时,也需要注意黑格尔的哲学。就对人的理解而言,辨析理性与精神构成了重要的方面:单纯地关注理性,往往仅仅偏重于人的精神的一个方面,由此不免导致对人的理解的抽象化、片面化,反之,肯定精神本身的综合性形态,则可以引向对人本身的具体理解。同时,伦理学或道德哲学归根到底要走向实践,精神则从内在的方面为走向实践提供了某种动因。在此意义上,樊浩教授对黑格尔哲学的注重以及对精神的关注无疑有其理论意义。当然,以道德形而上学的进路和构架而言,樊浩教授提到精神现象学、法哲学、历史哲学三个环节,并且认为精神现象、学法哲学、历史哲学三位一体,构成了道德形而上学的基本内容与构架,这一进路尚存在可以进一步思考的问题。
Moral philosophy needs to focus on the interaction between its meta-level and concrete level as well as the interaction between theories and history. The formation of new concepts is important for both. Professor Fan Hao has contributed something unique to this area. On historical level, he focuses on both Kantian and Hegelian philosophy, while about the understanding of humans, differentiating reason and spirit constitute something significant. Focusing on reason exclusively overweighs one side of human spirit and leads to abstract and biased understanding of humans. On the contrary, comprehensive form of spirit is helpful for the concrete understanding humans. Ethics and moral philosophy to the end are about practice, which can be motivated by spirit from within. In this sense, focusing on Hegelian philosophy and his philosophy on spirit has theoretical significance. Professor Fan asserts that philosophy of spirit, philosophy of law, and philosophy of history all constitute the content and frame of the metaphysics of morality. This point in my view needs further discussion.
