摘要
信息化培训是医院培训的一个分支,也是医院培训发展的新方向。在我国,随着各家医院信息系统建设的迅猛发展,信息化培训逐渐发展起来,医院的核心竞争力因此得到很大提高。本研究旨在通过信息化培训对医院核心竞争力影响的阐明,提出做好医院信息化培训的具体方法和步骤。通过参照国内培训理论和实践等方面研究成果,从医院的运行效率与其信息化程度的密切关系入手,探讨信息化培训对医院核心竞争力形成的影响。针对我国医院信息化培训当前的现状,提出只有医院一把手充分重视,专人负责及分级培训,制订培训计划,明确培训需求,科学设计培训内容,切实提高培训效果,建立有效培训评估体系,才能做好医院信息化培训。在"十三五"期间,通过本文提出的医院信息化培训实施步骤,能够提高医院信息化培训效果,促进医院核心竞争力的提升。
Information technology training is a branch of hospital training, and also a new direction for the develop- ment of hospital training. In our country, with the rapid development of the construction of hospital information system, information technology training has gradually developed, the core competitiveness of the hospital has been greatly im- proved. The purpose of this study is to clarify the impact of information technology training on the core competitiveness of hospital, and put forward the specific methods and steps of hospital information technology training. With reference to the domestic training theoretical and practical aspects of research results, to investigate the effect of information technology training for the formation of core competitiveness of hospital according to close relationship between the hos- pital's running efficiency and information level. Given consideration to the current situation, only with hospital leaders" full attention, dedicate personnel, appropriate training plans, clarified training targets, properly designed training contents, full commitment to training enhancement, and sensible training system, can hospital information technology training in China be utterly achieved. During the "13th Five Year Plan", according to the training steps proposed by this paper, the effect of hospital's information technology training and core competitiveness can be improved.
