摘要
该文拟以美版《甄嬛传》[1]的字幕译介工作为例,探讨该剧字幕翻译策略上的可取之处与不足之处,试图从正反两个方面给字幕工作者以启迪,减少中国文化在海外传播过程中的一些阻力。
The case study of translating the subtitles in the American version of the television play The Expresses in the Palace（A Tale of ZHEN Huan） is made to explore the success and failure in the subtitle-translating strategies to enlighten positively and negatively the translators who work on the subtitle translation in order to overcome the difficulty in spreading Chinese culture overseas.
