摘要
以大豆皮纤维素为原料,制备醋酸纤维素,并采用静电纺丝制备纳米材料。通过对纺丝溶液溶剂、纺丝溶液浓度、纺丝距离、纺丝电压进行单因素试验的基础上,以SEM观察纤维直径大小并进行结构统计分析,进行正交试验,得到电纺大豆皮醋酸纤维素最佳工艺条件为:纺丝溶液溶剂为丙酮∶DMAc=2∶1、纺丝溶液质量分数为19%、纺丝距离为10cm、纺丝电压为23kV,纺丝纤维平均直径达到923nm。采用大豆皮纤维素制备的大豆皮醋酸纤维素可电纺为良好的纳米纤维材料。
Soybean hull cellulose was used to prepare cellulose acetate,nanofibers was prepared by electrospinning. By SEM observation and structure statistical analysis, with fiber diameter as index, through single factor experiments, the factors of spinning solution solvent, concentration of spinning solution, spinning distance and spinning voltage were studied. By orthogonal test,the optimum modification conditions were obtained. The results showed that: the spinning solution solvent was acetone and DMAc (2 : 1), the spinning solution concentration was 19%, the spinning distance was 10 cm, spinning voltage was 23 kV, the average diameter of nanofibers was 923nm. The electrospun nanofibers of soybean hull cellulose acetate were good nano-material.
