摘要
航空业钛合金化铣使用高浓度的氢氟酸,导致高浓度的含氟废水的产生;本文论述了含氟废水处理的常见方法。并针对某航空企业特定的含氟废水,选择设计出航空业含氟废水处理工艺及装置,装置运行结果表明:处理后水质达到国家排放标准。
