摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了陶瓷负载TiO_2光催化剂,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)对其进行表征,研究了催化剂对活性艳蓝降解率的影响。结果表明:在一定催化剂用量范围内,活性艳蓝的降解率随着催化剂用量的增加而升高,达到一定值后,降解率变化不再明显;当活性艳蓝的质量浓度为40 mg/L、p H为6时,采用负载配比为1∶8的光催化剂,且其质量浓度为2 g/L时,降解率可达98.5%。
The titanium dioxide (TiO2) photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel technique using ceramic as supporter, and it was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and tile effect of catalyst on the degradation rate of reactive brilliant blue was studied. The results showed that in a certain range of catalyst amount, the degradation rate of reactive brilliant blue increased with the increase of catalyst amount, and it showed barely noticeable change when reached a certain value. When the mass concentration of reactive brilliant blue was 40 mg/L, the pH value was 6, the load ratio of photoeatalyst was 1:8, and the catalyst concentration was 2 g/L, the degradation rate could reach 98.5%.
