摘要
共形导引头光学系统因在非零观察视场中失去旋转轴对称性而存在随视场不断变化的动态像差。为验证共形光学系统的光学成像性能,设计了采用固定校正板进行像差校正的万向支架式共形导引头光学系统。系统在±55°观察视场内设计的传递函数值大于0.5,像元内能量集中度大于80%。为简化位标器结构并完成光学系统的成像性能测试,提出了采用头罩旋转的方式替代位标器结构的旋转。光学系统调制传递函数测量结果表明系统在小观察视场中的调制传递函数大于0.45,在全观察视场内大于0.25,满足目标探测要求。
An aerodynamic conformal dome calls for bullet shaped aspherical surfaces. The aspherical domes with gimbaled missile seeker have a large amount of dynamic aberrations varying with gimbal angle because of the non-rotationally symmetric character in non-zero field of regard. A fixed corrector is used to correct aberrations introduced by the ellipsoidal dome with fineness ratio 1.0 in our demonstrating conformal optical system. In this system, we use the gimbaled dome instead of the gimbaled inner optical system to simulate non-zero field of regard. The designed modulation transfer function of the simplified conformal seeker is higher than 0.5 and the encircled energy in one pixel is higher than 80% in all field of regard. The measuring result shows that the modulation transfer functions at 17 lp/mm are higher than 0.45 in small fields and higher than 0.25 in large field of regard.
