摘要
提高图书馆文化扶贫工作效果的前提在于对图书馆文化扶贫进行精准识别。本文介绍了图书馆文化扶贫精准识别的内容,构建了图书馆文化扶贫精准识别路线图,结合多维层次分析模型与日志记录法对目标人群进行识别,引入"RHB战略"对文化扶贫项目进行识别。
To improving the effect of library culture poverty alleviation, the premise is to accurately identify library culture poverty alleviation. This paper introduces the content of library culture poverty alleviation accurate identification, constructs the route map of library culture poverty alleviation accurate identification. Combining with multidimensional hierarchical analysis model and logging method to identify the target population, this paper in- troduces the ＂RHB strategy＂ to identify the cultural poverty alleviation projects.
