摘要
目的:介绍几种国际上常用的卫生经济学评价指南,帮助卫生经济学评价使用者评估研究结果的有效性,提高中国卫生经济学评价研究质量。方法:主要通过搜索卫生经济学评价指南文献资料,对其内容进行提取、总结。结果:总结出有关卫生经济评价的指南共有11种。根据研究对象的不同,分为综合评价指南和特定评价指南。根据评价对象不同,分为偏向文献汇报评价指南和偏向执行过程评价指南;结论:总结的11种卫生经济学评价指南对卫生经济学评价的执行和汇报都有较好的指导,从时间上来说,最新的指南是应用前景最好的指南,但做文献研究时要根据指南评价的类型进行选择。
Objective：It introduced several health economic evaluation guidelines for standardizing implementations of health economic evaluation studies and forms of literature reporting, helped readers understand health economic evaluation studies and improvepublication quality of health economic evaluation in China,Methods：It mainly focused on searching the literature data of health economic evaluation guidelines. The content were selected and summaried.Results：It summarized 11 kinds of guidelines for health economic evaluation. According to the different research object, these guidelines were classified as the comprehensive evaluation guidelines and the specific evaluation guide. According to the evaluation object, these guidelines were classified as the reporting guide andthe conducting guidelines.Conclusion：The 11 health economics evaluation guidelines had a good guide for the reporting and conducting of health economics evaluation. In terms of time, the latest guidelines were the best guidelines to the health economic evaluation, but literature research still needed to select the guideline according to the type of evaluation.
