摘要
痴呆病的患病率、发病率和病死率均呈快速增长,被称为"21世纪沉默的流行病"。火神派弟子唐农教授受《内经》"阴阳之要,阳密乃固"等重阳思想的影响及中医扶阳学派扶阳理念的启发,认为痴呆病病机为"阳虚阴实,阳虚为本",以"扶阳为主,次第治疗"为治则。在治疗上具体提出:"先以温通中上焦;继以温补下焦;再以益精填髓,益气养血之法以养其本"的一般治疗次第,以达到"扶其真元"致"阴阳和"的状态;同时,就唐农教授治疗痴呆病的病案做一举隅。
The prevalence,the morbidity and mortality of dementia disease are rapidly growing. It is called the silent epidemic in the 21 st century. Guided by Yang deficiency and Yin excess as well as Yang deficiency for foundation in the etiology and pathogenesis of dementia disease in Huangdi Neijing and strengthening Yang theories,professor TANG Nong proposed the treatment principle of strengthening Yang and regular sequence. First,warming upper- Jiao and middle-Jiao; second,warming lower- Jiao; last,tonifying essence,supplementing Qi and nourishing blood in regular sequence,making a new way and method for the clinical treatment of the disease. And it can let the body reach a harmonious state with Yin- Yang balance. At the same time,one of medical cases of professor TANG Nong treating dementia disease was illustrated.
