摘要
基于磨矿动力学研究了锡石多金属硫化矿的磨矿速率,采用响应曲面法,研究分析磨矿时间、矿浆浓度、充填率等参数对矿石磨矿速率的影响规律,结果表明:对磨矿速率影响显著程度从大至小依次是磨矿时间、充填率、矿浆浓度;矿浆浓度和充填率的交互作用最显著,磨矿时间和充填率的交互作用次之,矿浆浓度与磨矿时间的交互作用不显著。磨矿最优化参数为:磨矿时间为5 min,矿浆浓度为75%,充填率为30%,最佳磨矿速率为96.92%,并能够降低能耗39.99%。因此,磨矿最优条件可靠性高,模型方程实用性好。
Based on the grinding dynamics,the grinding rate of cassiterite polymetallic sulfide ore was studied. Firstly,the influences of grinding time,pulp density and filling rate on grinding rate were studied by response surface methodology. The results showed that the influence presented in reverse order as grinding time,pulp density and filling rate; the interaction of pulp concentration and filling rate was the most significant,the interaction of grinding time and filling rate was second and the interaction of slurry concentration and grinding time was insignificant. Under the optimum parameters as grinding time of 5 min,slurry concentration of 75% and filling rate of 30%,the grinding rate could reach 96. 92% and energy consumption reduced by 39. 99%. Therefore,the optimum grinding condition had high reliability,and the model equation had good practicality.
